HOW IT WORKS:
If you have important photos or documents that need restoring, we can preserve them. Our non-destructive process starts by creating high-resolution 'Master' files for our restoration team to work on. Your originals remain safe and are returned to you - along with the restored images - via your choice of USB, CD, DVD, or digital download.
'PRO' SERVICE:
For trade clients, or those unwilling to risk sending precious originals, we offer a 'Pro' download service. Simply upload quality scans to our secure DropBox™ - or send them by email. If you're happy with our quoted price, in a few days you'll receive a link to download your high-resolution restored files.
Note: Both Standard and 'Pro' services result in the same high-quality professional restoration.
PRINTS ON PHOTOGRAPHIC PAPER
We can also provide prints and enlargements of your restored photos, including poster-size options.
HOW DO I GET MY ORIGINAL PICTURES TO YOU?
We accept prints, negatives, 35mm slides and good quality scans as well as files from Digital Cameras and Smartphones.
There are several ways you can get your pictures to us:
(1) Bring in person to our Buxton premises (appointment advisable) .TIFF or .JPEG files may be delivered by email or on CD, DVD, USB Flash drive or portable hard drive (high resolution scans please)
(2) Scans up to 10MB may be emailed to: keithjones.net@icloud.com

(3) Send original pictures or high resolution scans on CD, DVD, USB Flash drive or portable hard drive to our Buxton premises:

WHAT IS THE LIKELY COST?
The cost will depend on the degree of restoration required. The table above will give you an idea of what to expect (We will let you know the exact amount once we have seen your photos). Appraisal is free and entirely without obligation so there are no unpleasant surprises. If you decide not to proceed at this stage - for whatever reason - we will return your pictures at our expense. If you are happy with our quoted price we'll send an invoice which can be paid securely online via PayPal (no PayPal account required). UK clients may pay by BACS (bank transfer).
